How can I lose fat on my thighs and gain muscle on my butt?

I’m a female and I know I can’t trouble spot reduce, but what king of cardio/exercise that targets thighs without adding bulky muscle? And because If I lose weight I know I will have a flat butt, so which exercise help build lean muscle on my butt? Please consider that I Don’t want bulky calves!

    i hear u on that one

    seriously do lots of stretching to get rid of bulk. pilates is the best thing for toning those tricky areas. for cardio (since u should have about 20 min of cardio 3 times a week) the eliptical is good for trimming your thighs and giving ur butt a great shape.

    there are a lot of great exercises in pilates that will give u a toned, firm butt. if u do plenty of stretching than ull get long, lean muscles and not manly bulky ones.

    You can’t lose fat from one specific place on your body. Your body will burn fat from all areas of your body during exercise. As far as building muscle, there aren’t any exercises that I can think of that would only put muscle on your butt. Squats and lunges are great for your entire lower body.
