How can I lose body fat quickly for a Biggest Loser competition at my work?
I am at 14% body fat currently and 170 lbs (I’m 6’2) and I need to drop down to 10% to win a “Biggest Loser” for body fat % competition at my work. I’ve lost almost 2% in two months up to now. How can I effectively lose 4% more in two months? I do weightlifting 3x a week and cardio at least 3x a week.

for long-term, do weight training because the more muscle you have, the higher rate your metabolism is
for short-term, do a ton of cardio because it burns off the energy your body took in for the day
also, eat really small portions every 3-4 hours. like 100-200 calories every few hours. this keeps your metabolism high and burns fat. also, drink a lot of ice water and try to eat more vegetables and fruits. stay away from sugar as much as possible.
