How can I lose as much weight as possible in about 9 days?

I know it’s not healthy to lose weight fast but I only have nine days before a very important event, and I need to lose as much weight as I can. Are there any special diet plans I can follow in order to do this?

Please don’t post if you are just going to tell me how I shouldn’t try to lose weight this way, because I already know that and I usually wouldn’t do this.

    The best is to have a tea spoon of honey, daily in the morning once u get up from bed. this burns the extra fat. after some time, have atleast 2 glasses of water, to clear the acidity produced during the night

    make sure the honey u purchase and use is natural and authentic. This method has worked for me and is really efficient. Ideally to see a noticible difference, it will take atleast 3 to 4 months…

    i used hydroxycut and yes it did work but i did gain it back plus more so try drinking green tea or try a cleanser. i did try these Asian pills but it took 15 days and i went from 165 to 145. these calles 3x slim you can find them on amazon if you are interested look them up or you can email me and i can find the link for you.
