How can I lose 2% body fat fast.?

My diet is very clean,so how can I lose this 2% quickly.It is so I can enlist in the army.
Ok a little about my diet and exercise

my days is as followed

630 wake up
cereal with nofat milk or 4 egg whites
or oatmeal and fruit

8am workout
eliptical
jogging
bikes
sprints
jumping jacks
free weights

12pm lunch
chicken or tuna on wheat with mustard and veggies

3pm
sugar free jello or fruit

6pm
can of tuna

8 pm supper

chicken or turkey with veggies

nothing but water all day

some green tea
Also I have already lost 120lbs so far

    you cannot lose things like this overnight. if it’s not diet, it’s exercise or maybe just genetics.

    go talk to a personal trainer and get a specialized plan. also, are you eating enough fats and oils? sometimes raising your intake of these will cause the body to shed body fat, etc.

    make sure to take a suppliment, also. and drink plenty of water.

    5. Low Calorie Diets Don’t Work. Eating low calories is the worst thing you can do for your body. All this diet does is slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight. Actually the first few days you will lose a few pounds. But then it comes to a stop and you will be stuck in a diet plateau. The reason for this is that your metabolism will detect a major drop in calories and then adjust itself to burn fewer calories each day.
    6. What you have to do is rotate your eating patterns. When you rotate your eating patterns it takes a few days before your metabolism can adjust to the new eating patterns. And by rotating your eating patterns this is what will force you to burn fat. The thing is, your metabolism has no idea what you will eat in the coming days. Your metabolism always burns calories from what you have eaten in the prior days. So you have to shock your metabolism into thinking something different. This is called The Shifting Calories Theory.
