How can I lose 15 lbs of fat quickly? personal experience is appreciated!?

Ok. It’s summer time and I was sucessful on a diet and lost some weight. But, no matter what I do, I can’t seem to shed a stubborn last 15 lbs. My friends are all considering beating them selves up and I want to show them its not that hard but I cant prove it unless its a success. So how can I lose 15 lbsl of fat quickly(before they consider starving themselves please)?

    well since its summer ur probably on summer vacation so what u should do is go running and jogging and walk for like 3 hrs a day or more and then drink lots of water and eat a lot of fruits and veggies and only watch 2 hrs of tv or less and stay active like bike riding jumping jacks dancing and you’ll probably lose the weight in 2 weeks or even less if u can stay active thats what i did it really worked and i was tired but i kept going
