how can i loose weight the fastest?

ok i have had 2 children i used to weigh 135 and now i weigh 180 i really want to get back down to that as quickly as possible as i think i would feel better about my self if i did. if anyone has suggestions or knows from experience that would be great!?

    And you eat more meals but within smaller portions i wouldn’t suggest eating snacks and pop that much maybe once on the weekends im not saying deprive yourself of snacks but make them at a minimum
    Also Drink lots of water 5-10 glasses a day is good
    Do Cardio Alot the 45 minutes a day is very good
    You Should get alot of rest too 7-9 hours a day is good
    You lose weight in your sleep haven’t you noticed whenever you wake up your stomach looks smaller as well as other parts of your body

    If you are old enough to have two children, then I think you are old enough to know the answer to this question. Eat three healthy, balanced meals a day, don’t snack and if you do eat fruit or nuts or raisons are something, try to do sixty minutes of exercise a day, this can be:
    – running
    – jogging
    – walking
    – house work
    – gardening

    anything!
