How can i loose weight quickly and safely?

im 14 years old 5’4 and weight 205lbs..im a freshmen in high school and right now im very unhappy i get made fun of so now i want to change i want to know how to lose weoght safely for me..my main problems are my man boobs, stomach, and waist 38-40 waist. im really despreate.. can some one please help me.
