Lots of water. About 8 glasses per day walk or jog 25 or 30 min 3 times per week, lots of fruits and veggies about 3 servings of each, wheat bread, stay away from fried food eat everything baked boiled or grilled… make Friday a cheat day … I think this will help u !

the one thing u don’t wanna do is diet , its total crap ! just ride your bike and do some sports , sport which u like and have fun doing , and of course try to eat whole wheat stuff and vegetable , it fills your stomatch and your craving are gone !ji know its hard but i did it and so can u ! just keep being active ! good luck man !

Try power walking, extend your walks daily, with this exercise you should be able to lose about 6 lbs. per month. It works.

Sounds like you have some of the same questions I had. I was searching everywhere. Knew I needed to lose 40-50 pounds. A friend I was working out with suggested I try fat burning furnace. Sure opened my eyes and answered a lot of questions. Minus 32 pounds I’m glad I did. Anyway saw your question and thought it might help you. Check it out. It’s definitely worth the look.
