how can i loose weight in 30 dayz quickly????

okay i got some important things goin on in about 30 dayz and i wanna loose a little bit of belly fat and weight how can i do that quickly? i dont want a lecture about how its not good to loose weight fast and it’ll come bakk….i just wanna kno tricks about how i can get it off for atleast a while….THANK YOU

    legs-running, lunges, and jump rope
    Stomach- forget about sit-ups, all they do is hurt your back, do crunches, legs in the air or flat on the ground, go up only until ur shoulderblades are off the ground.
    arms-curl dumbels, do push-ups
    hips- this one beats me
    Butt-run it off, not kidding
    Cheeks-burn more calories than you eat, and their size will go down.

    dont eat trust me you can lose 30 pounds in two weeks of not eating if you can do that its hard just when you get hungry drink water or tea and keep some peppermints handy to keep the cravings away. i know its not healthy and i hate when people leave those long answers that you dont want to read but be careful if you starve totally dont exercise cause you cold pass out just be as alzy as you want but dont eat and the pounds will peel off. just be carefull not to put them back on dont go back and eat fried foods eat veggies when your done so you wont gain it back hope i helped bye.

    If you just need to lose a little bit of belly fat and have 30 days, that is not really that fast. You should be able to achieve that safely. Eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some lean protein, some fat free dairy, 6 glasses of water per day. Exercise 30 minutes per day. It will work guaranteed.

    1. do a detox day with just liquids (including broth) but not pop or coffee.
    2. eat only fruits, veggies and really low calorie foods for the next week then do the detox day again. repeat every week for as long as neceassary .
    3. drink as much water as possible (10 glasses atleast). it flushes the fat out.
    4. Dont eat after 6pm, 5pm if you want to go hardcore.
    5. do exercises each day like a long walk to help the weight come off a litttle faster.
