How can I loose Weight Fast in the next 3-4 Weeks ?

I want a quick way to loose Weight fast . I am A 12 Year old over weight meaning I wait 132 Pounds . I wanna go to at least 110 – 115. How do I do it ?

    dieting the right way takes a while… i know that you want it soon, but its better for you to do it the right way… that way you dont end up having an eating disorder!!!!!!!!!

    i skip meals. i eat one healthy meal and one healthy snack a day. when i feel hungry i drink water but remember to take your vitamins and exercise everyday for about 45 minutes to an hour…hope this helps you

    exercises AT LEAST 20-30 mins per day, every day. and watch what you eat. if you don’t make a habit of it, it will come right back. that’s why diets don’t work

    It is called the push back diet. Push back from the table. Limit your portions, don’t drink sugary drinks and get plenty of exercise.
