How can I loose weight fast and healty?

I want to loose some weight real fast but I also want to be healty and be able to go on with my life without taking up too much time. Got any tips that work and are fast yet healthy?

    You’re going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely. Most importantly, you must exercise. You’ll need to combine cardio and strength exercises. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body:) Don’t count calories or weight yourself daily; these are unhealthy habits. Be patient and ambitious, and you should see results fairly soon.

    Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep,drink 6 to 8 cups of water per day,walk for 30 minutes every day at a certain time,eat lots of vegtables fruits,after you have gotten used to your walk,ussually 4 weeks,you can walk for longer periods,you can also ride bikes,skate and more active activities.

    I lost 50 lbs and kept it off in 8 weeks. Just copy her 8 week diet and exercise plan. It really works and you will feel so much healthier in about 2 weeks.
