How can i loose it all again?
Okay, so for a few weeks i went on a diet lost 4 lb. then I let myself go COMPLETELY for 2/3 weeks and put all the weight back on and more. I was 45kg now I’m about 48.5 and i’m 5 foot 6. I want loose the weight again and keep trying this time, any tips to loose it quickly??

There’s that word “loose” again !
It sounds like you’ve already lost so much weight that all you are left with is dangling flab.

That’s “lose” (loose is what you want your pants to be).
To lose weight and keep it off, you make a lifestyle change. That means you start eating right and exercising and you never stop…period.
When you hit your goal weight, you can adjust your eating and/or exercise to put you at a maintenance point but you still need to eat right and be active. Forever. Otherwise the weight will return and you’ll spend your life yo-yo’ing (no fun!)
Get back on track, and stay there. Don’t lose it fast, lose it right. Fast just increases the chances it’ll come back.
