S How can i loose body fat without excesses?
Iam 15 years old and i weigh 155. I have a sixpack but sometime I burly can see it. Iam trying to take off the extra fat, but it never works. I joined football, basketball, ran almost 2 miles a day, and working out in the weight room almost everyday. After all that, i still cant take off the 2 inches of fat. But i also want to keep my muscles without loosing them. Is thier anywhere can i take my fat off. If so, please tell me?

It sounds like you are already exercising quite a bit. Therefore, to lose a few extra pounds of fat, you need to eat about 500 less calories per week than your maintenance amount (the number of calories you need to maintain your weight).
Using this calorie calculator

and assuming you have about 10% body fat, you should eat about 1800 calories to lose a pound of fat per week.
Losing a pound of fat a week ensures that most of the weight lost is from fat and not muscle. Losing more than a pound or two per week will lead to an increased amount of muscle loss, which is what you don’t want.
If you are not sure of your body fat percentage, you can also use this simple body fat calculator

Liquid diet. This includes any liquids. Not food that used to be solid and you just threw it in a blender. Liquids that were liquids while in the store. This includes soups. No need for special shakes or drinks. I lost 10 lbs. in two weeks!

You can’t.

Check your diet. To remove the layer of fat covering your muscle, your diet must be reassessed. Training the muscle would only develop more muscle while the fat will still be there and over-training the muscle will result in less or no gains.
