How can I loose a few pant sizes quick?

I’m 16 and a size 18. I want to get down to at least a 16 but the end of summer. What can I do to quickly loose weight?

    avoid ALL soft drinks chocolate chips etc..avoid all white foods basically eg breat rice pasta,stick with lean meat and LOADS of vegies.don’t overload on fruit too much sugar.go walking,skipping,swimming,dance in your living room

    Stop eating until summer, JK, cut down on the carbs, a run a mile every morning or evening, and avoid eating late.

    well, you can exercises and do alot of sweating it out over the summer. I have the same issue and i’ve been going for two hour walks a day for the past week. the thing is, if you really want it, you know the hard work that is necessary, work will take it off.

    Cardiovascular workouts are amazing if you are trying to lose weight. The best thing to do is palates or yoga. You keep burning the fat after to workout (unlike cardiovascular) workouts because you stretch and rip lean muscles so your body burns more fat to repair those muscles. A lot of people lose weight easily by cutting 250 calories out of there diet and walking 20 minutes too. Also cut down on the sugary drinks (like soda) and you will be amazed by how fast you can lose weight.

    *drink plenty of water
    *aim for 1200-1500 calories a day
    *sugarfree gum
    *just start walking around more. we’re supposed to walk 5 miles a day.

    *don’t drink any type of soda
    *avoid snack foods. it takes 700 calories of chips to make you feel full. scary, huh?
    *avoid processed foods as much as you can

    I’m down 5 lbs and maintaining that loss. Working on losing another 10. Good luck! 🙂

    There’s this diet they call an “executive diet”. It works for i think a week or so. It requires you to eat a certain kind of food each day and all you need is to follow. What’s good about it is that you don’t need to eat a certain dish. It just tells you what kind, for example for this day all you need to eat it tomato and beef. I am not sure on what the arrangement of the food to eat are. You can just look it up the internet. Sorry i am not that specific.
