How can I loose 30 lbs?

I am a 5’2,17 year old, and 172 lb female. My dad just got me a new car and said i cant drive it until I loose 30lbs/ meet my BMI. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can loose the weight as quickly and healthy as possible? I really want to slim down (although my boyfriend doesn’t want me to). I work at a gym but I can never find time to work out. Because I get out of school at 330, then I work from 4 to 7. I really enjoy classes but they all end at 7. I need some legit suggestions.

    try not to eat anything between breakfast lunch and dinner
    and drink water
    and jog alot
    and eat heathily

    this is a very good lose weight motivation. your dad is nice to you.

    maybe you can work on your food intake, as it takes up 70% of the overall weight loss effect. control on your food. start by replacing all beverages like sodas to water and green tea. then, eat approximately 1000-1200 calories per day, about 300-400 calories per meal. avoid fatty stuff, oily and fried food. more vegie, fruits.

    I have what I am doing now you would be a your goal weight around 3 months and 1 week its the healthiest with the least back lash weight gain risk. You eat 1300 cal a day do 30 mins of cardio or strength train and cut down on large portions and junk food. 5 small healthful meals a day inveast in a heart healthy book they have some good stuff in there.
