i saw this diet in First magazine and the only thing you can eat is fruit ! everyday, for like a week. fruits like watermelon and stuff. the magazine listed a whole bunch of fruit that you could eat but i forgot. and that’s waaay healthier than a crash diet.

Go to this website and it will take you through a quiz to recommend a perfect diet for you:

    However I recommend:
The Scarsdale Diet-in which you can lose up to 20lbs in 2 weeks
The South Beach Diet- in which you can lose between 8lbs-14lbs in 2 weeks
The Cambridge Diet-Serious crash diet if that is what you are looking for
The cabbage soup diet- Negative calories

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
