How can I incorporate running and gym work into my routine together?

I have started running and working out in the gym as well as playing tennis 3 times a week. I’m 17.

    pilgrim’s got a good point…or if it’s close by, run to warm up, work out and then do tennis last.

    you should do gym workouts on alternate days, and run/tennis every day. Tennis is a good cross training exercise, just be careful that the extra lateral movement in tennis does not injure your knees, which are used to mostly straight motion in running.

    You should do weight lifting on alternate days like the person previously answered otherwise you risk damage to your muscles but you can do running and tennis every day.
