how can i get taller and lose weight fast?
I am 13 (turning 14 very soon) and i am only 1.40 meters tall so i am about the shortest in my year and it is very annoying. Also i am very fat and it looks even worse because im short. I dont want simple answers that i cant find anywhere i want steps that WORK FAST !
and if your going to suggest exercising at least tell me what kinds of exercise i should do

Nothing fast. You have to grow to get taller and you have no control. Exercise more, eat less.
