How can I get my thighs to be slimmer and get a toned stomach?

My thighs are naturally big and I play soccer so they are muscler, so how would I get them slimmer (not twig thin, ew, but toned) yet strong…

Also how would I get my stomach toned…

    People underestimate good old fashioned cruncheds…. but ya… do that… leg lifts.. i used to lay down with a weighted ball between my feet and lift it above my stomach…but that would strengthen more than anything

    for your stomach do sit ups, 3-4 sets of 10-12 about 3 times a week. And for your thighs, swimming is good, i heard it tones everything down, also do lot’s of running or biking, i think if you’r muscular though, that’s why their big, it’s probably not fat.
