How can i get lean, fast please help me>!?!?!?!?

I am 15 years old and a guy, all i have is some belly fat, and mainly love handles, how can i quickly lose this fat fast? Some people say I just have to change and fix my diet to lose it fast, because of my age,, is this true? I would prefer to have workouts at home, i have dumbbells of different weights, i cannot run outside or jog, where i live, the weather is disastrous, thanks

    Play soccer..thats wat i did and after a month i had a 2 pack and now after 2 years on jv/varsity soccer im very lean and muscular

    Cardio is your best bet man. Running, danceing, jumping jacks, any thing that gets your heart pumping. Bumbbells won’t do anything but build muscle. I would recommend DDR (dance dance revolution) buy for ps2 and just do it know ones gonna know. Just find something that will get your heart pumping for about an hour a day

    weight training is an excellent way to lose weight. You don’t need to make big changes to your diet, small changes are all that is necessary if you just have a little fat. Just leave a couple bites on your plate. There is no need to rush. Trying to lose too much weight too fast is what trips people up. The important thing is to be consistent. Work out with weights three times per week, anymore and you are overtraining and wont see results. It is considered unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds per week.
