How can I firm up without losing weight?
I like the size I am now but I’m a little flabby. I just need to tone up so I can look good in my bathing suit this summer. What are some good exercises that you all have used and get toned without losing weight. Thank you in advance.

When you exercise your fatty portion is lost. However, remember one key factor…….muscle weighs more than fat. Therefore you’re most likely not to lose any weight.

you should do crunches. they make your stomach smaller and i dont think you lose that much weight but you can tell theres a big difference in abs. do about 300 a night and you’ll be fine wearing a swim suit 🙂
