Doing your homework is not enough. You need to dedicate at least an hour of study for every class you have. Always go over the material and points that you don’t understand ask the teacher or go to the tutoring center. Always test yourself with possible questions and that will do. To loose weight you just need will power, at least 30 minutes of exercise per day(walking is the best), and a balanced diet. One that has worked for me has been replacing two meals by slim fast or equate which is walmart’s generic brand. Try it for a week and see your results. Hope this helps.

    1. Always do your homework.
    2. Make sure you write down specifically what will be on the test and where to find it in your notes or your textbooks.
    3. Take advantage of tutorial services. They are free at school.
    4. Are you organized? Do you have a planner? Are you using it?
    5. Don’t be shy to ask for help. Even if it seems like everyone else gets it. This is about you.
For weight, eat fruits, veggies, low fat meats, only brown bread and drink lots of water.
Run or jump rope or do aerobic dance every day for at least 20 min.
This will take you 12 weeks. Sorry. It took time to put it on, it will take time to take it off
But the sooner you get started the better. Congratulations on you improving yourself. Good luck.

You can do better in school by doing your homework after school with a teacher supervising. Most schools have tutorials after school these days – join them. Find a group of students to study with that you are comfortable with and trust. Meet with teachers before and after school to ask for extra help. See if you can participate in a group with your counselor that is focused on test taking skills. There may also be classes at your school about test taking skills. If there is a college or university in your area see if they need any “guinea pigs / subjects” for student interns to work with. There are lots of sources of help out there.

Losing weight? Unfortunately the answer – no matter how you come at it – is eat less, exercise more. You have to burn more calories than you take in. Avoid junk food because it is highly processed. Drink water, and more water and more water. Then walk farther, take the stairs, stand instead of sitting, dance … just keep movin’!

Don’t do your homework most of the time, do it all of the time.
It’s also very ambitious of you to aim for a C.
As for loosing weight: get off the sofa and start running.
