How can I convince my boyfriend to lose some weight?

I really love my boyfriend but he’s overweight. Trust me when i say i prefer a guy to be more chubby than he is skinny and i love my bf for that, but i’m concerned of his health. Being overweight, he has had trouble with his blood pressure and a number of other issues. I just want him to lose about 20 lbs. He is 5’9 and weighs a bit over 200. What can i tell him or what can i do?

    do what i do with my girlfriends,
    nature walks, ice skating, hikes, and long duration exercise-like dates.

    maybe you could start doing exercises together, like if you have a wii fit, you could do some fun activities on that. So at least you will be having a good laugh but it will be doing some good to him.

    maybe you could get a membership at the gym for him, and you can go together…
    swimming is also very good for people that are overweight. just make sure he paces himself and takes it bit by bit.

    Stay away from fried things. Fried things are an absolute no-no. The more fried things that you avoid, the lesser weight you will gain. Fried things are called so because they are fried in oil or fat. And even if the external oil is drained away, there is still a lot of hidden oil in it so stay away from it.

    If you can say no to alcoholic beverages please do. Alcoholic beverages too are not good for you. Beer can be fattening and the rest of the alcoholic drinks may not be fattening by themselves but after a couple of swigs you will be in no position to watch your diet and your appetite too will be something to battle with.

    The main thing is not to get pills, i think because pills can harm your body.So you need healthy diet plan and everything will be ok.Here the problem is than many people don’t know what actually is healthy diet plan.If you want I can suggest you one site (It’s not mine).I used this system and here are results.

    1st week – 6 lbs
    2nd week – 12 lbs
    3rd week – 13 lbs.

    And that is 100% healthy – no pills.
