How can i become healthy and toned?

I am 13 years old, weigh about 9.5 stone give or take a bit, and i am 5’7, I have a big bum with cellulite all over it and stretch marks, is this wrong for someone of my age? I want to become healthy and toned, what can i do?

    i dunno what you look like as u have no pic but all i can say is dont eat salt and avoid rice and junk food and basically eat a lot of cellary, you will be good in time if you follow those.

    Okay, So you will have to eat 5-7 times a day
    BUT no junk food, you can have one junk food thing if you cant take it that day (or youd go crazy)
    Mostly eat veggies and fruits some simple carbs rice can be good for you if you dont fry it and its wheat, eat wheat items for carbs 🙂

    For your calorie intake, take the number you want to be in pounds and times that by 100. That will be the number of calories you will want to eat to get down to that weight and manage it 🙂
    130 * 100 = 1300 so eat that many calories (its in pounds I dont know stone )

    To get toned easilly without much burning and aching and time consuming things to do use this video, Do it in the mornings and it will increase your metabolism (i use it personally and it works wonders for my body and quick!) :

    now there are two parts to this just saying.

    Drink lots of water and to reduce cellulite if you still have it, rub coffe (CAFFINE) on the trouble spots and it should clear it abit after time, leave on for like 10-15 minutes and rinse off .

    Exercise such as swimming and walking is the best thing you can do, 9.5 stone is not excessive, so you only need to lose about a stone and tone up. Yoga is very good too. Good Luck!!

    if you dont do a lot of exercise swimming is a good way to get started, jogging burns off a lot of calories and tones the thighs and stomach. plan to fit in 3x 20-minute runs a week
