How can I be slimmer for Christmas?

I’m 5,6 and weigh 9st 10lbs last time I weighed myself (about 2 or 3 weeks ago) and I’d like to loose up to 20 pounds pleeeeeeease help 😀 Also, I’m up for almost everything but nothing like some cabbage diet O_O Kthxbai xx

    Try weight watchers, you can still eat everything you want and just count points each day.
    I know several friends who have done it and they have lost loads of weight. Ive just started it myself now too.

    Along with diet and exercise(even a small amount every day) – instead of eating two or three big meals a day eat five or six small ones (healthier food of course). This conditions your body to constantly break down what you are taking in and will slightly raise your metabolism.

    You could try Lemon juice. Take fresh juise from one lemon, add the same amount of water, and drink 3-4 times a day. Worked for me.

    Don’t diet. Eat healthy and take up running. It’s great for losing weight.

    Cambridge diet.. its the quickest diet thats ever worked for me. I lost 7 pounds in the first week. Google it and find the nearest councellor to you.

    I’ve just joined. Its quite easy you just have to put in a few details and then it tells you how many calories you need to eat each day to lose the weight you want by the date you want. Then just imput what you’ve eaten each day/ exercise you’ve had and it will tell you how may cals you’ve had/ and lost. Also there are lots of blog you can chat to people about diets, meals and weight loss. And it FREE!
