How can i-a 14 year old Girl-lose weight fast?

I’m 5’5, done growing, and i don’t know what to do! I am 129 pounds! holy crap! haha…i really hate it! how can i lose weight FAST. soccer season is coming up and i wanna be ready. I know excercise, but WHAT excersises? help please! (And i already know about negative calorie foods and eating healthy too!)
