How can a thirteen year old lose weight really fast?

I am 115 pounds and gaining weight fast. I am 5 feet tall. I want to lose 10 pounds in three weeks… any advice

    Make your diet completly oil free..

    Dont use oil for cooking chips, bacon, steak etc.

    Dont use chipans or fryers, oven is healthier

    Watch how many calories you eat per day.
    A Girl is ment to have 2000 calories per day and a child is 1500 per day.

    If your that determened then I would strive to eat around 1500 calories per day and do more exercise.

    Excercise makes your body feel better and refreshed and you dont have to be working out to be doing excercise.
    Even doing the housework and your still burning calories. and go for long walks.
