well if you want to do it the fastest, try not eating at all except for a little and what you should eat is all lettuce. eat a ton of lettuce… NO DRESSING OR ANYTHING ELSE. and it will all come right back out as fiber. this will fill your tummy, and clean out your system. ALSO exercise as much as possible in the areas where you feel you have the most weight. GOOD LUCK BUD

Cut out Soft drinks, Rice, Fast Food and go Vegan with fruits!
ALWAYS do something and don’t just sit around like walking or running or busting out some random dance moves.
Anyway, that’s the best that I can think of.

Non healthy ways- Take up smoking [if you don’t already]
Do hard drugs, as crack,cocaine,meth.
Don’t eat as much, maybe once a day.
Healthy ways- work out, run,ride a bike.
Go on a diet.
Eat healthy foods, example, salds,veggies,fruits, lil protions.
Do sit ups.
Join a gym.
You asked, you got it.

Eat right and exercise is my advice, but if you don’t care about your health then there is everything from bulimia to crystal meth. Enjoy!

Kaye, first of all DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. I’m not just saying this because it’s unhealthy, I’m saying this because this will not help you lose Weight. When you starve yourself your body each day begins to crave More & more to the point where it’s so strong that you gain all the Weight back. So it’s pointless, plus you feel guilty. The way to lose Weight is to exercise. It sucks, I know, but once you start getting used to it, you feel better & you lose weight.

im 19 and after my son i gained alot of weight i lost-ed it by eating only steamed veggies and fruits and taking a 30minute run in the morning or afternoon and doing curl ups and in a month i lost all my belly fat my legs were smaller but if your arms are a bit flabby lift some small waits do 20 on each arm 2 times a day it may suck but it will work 🙂 good luck

ya i was 190 lbs and im 6’1″ about 3 months ago… now im 160.. you jsut cant starve yourself because your muscles are used to the intake of fat.. and by starving yourself would be like making your muscles deterierate. so you need to have moderation of working out and eating… start eating healthy.. no take out or outsdei food, b4 forking out you need to get some cardio so either run for 15 or ride bike hard for 10 min so urs almost out of breath.. then jsut take a few min break and start pumping iron. if u workout on monday.. go again on wed.. then friday.. so giv urself 2 days inbetween. you can try all that out, it worked for me, there alot of information out there about it but its based on eating healthly and working out

Cut down food progressively from 15% to 25% and to 40%.
Walk more often , climb stairs , join a gym ( 3 months programme )
Avoid junk food .Eat more vegetables and salad .Sleep enough , not oversleep .
Be disciplined.
I have trim 3 ” from my waist and 8 kilos in 3 month in a very healthy way.

The most important thing is to not stop eating because then you will eventually get hungry and probably binge eat or just eat junk food.
Drink a lot of hot coffee or tea (but don’t add too much too them) because the hot water will expand and make you feel very full almost to the point where you don’t feel like eating. This works best if you drink it fast and before you plan to have a meal.
Eat really low calorie foods and avoid processed foods, takeout foods, meat, and carbs. The main concept is you want to know what you are putting in your body calorie wise so don’t get takeout foods or anything from a restaurant because even if that salad looks healthy, it has hidden calories. If you eat vegetables and some fruit you can pretty much eat as much as you want (especially with green vegetables) because they don’t have a lot of calories. For protein eat egg whites only and possibly fish but avoid fats and simple carbs found in processed foods because they have the most calories per gram. (1 gram of fat has 9 calories) Eat a lot of fiber because it will fill you up but you can’t digest it so it costs you nothing.
The main concept to this diet that is extremely dangerous and unhealthy is to constantly keep eating low calorie foods that won’t cause you to gain weight so that you do not eat other foods that will.
It worked for me but it’s easy to lose track on this diet and i found myself constantly thinking about my weight

Weight watchers is the #1 program for weight loss and maintenance. If you combined their plan with working out you would lose it really fast. If you join a gym a lot of them have trainers that can really help you get what you want. Also, if you have insurance or extra money, some doctors will prescribe phentermine. This works very well!
PS If you lose it really quick in a unhealthy manner you will most definately not only gain it back, but more than you lost to begin with.

Believe me, you WILL care if its healthy or not after you start losing muscle because you dont diet correctly and you look like a skinny blob of fat. Do not diet unhealthy, it only comes back to bite you in the a**. The best way to lose weight fast and healthy is to diet, but hit the cardio really hard. You are still going to want to consume around 2000 calories per day at your weight, but try lifting weights 2 or 3 times per week and doing cardio about 4-5 days. What works good so you do not burn yourself out is to do 2 days of high intensity cardio for around 20 minutes or so. Just do sprints or jump rope as fast as you can for a short amount of time. The other 2 days go on a long walk or bike ride. Take it nice and easy but go for an hour or so and you’ll burn an awesome amount of calories. You can search the web or this site for some healthy meal plans, just make sure you get about 2000. Really, if you end up being about 700 calories bellow what you need each day which is prolly around 2200 you will burn around 1-2 lbs per week. I know it does not seem like much, but look at it this way. Say you want to get your weight down to 160. If you burn 2 lbs per week, it will only take about 4 months for you to be that weight. Not long at all. Hope it helps.
