how can a 13 year old boy lose weight fast?

I am 13 and I am 5’5 and weigh 125 pounds I can bench 100 lbs but my arms are very skinny I have a belly of 30 inches at my widest point I am looking to get bigger arms and a flat six pack and a better / healthier diet plan. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I don’t have a source or anything. I weigh 139 pounds, age 15 and I’m 5’11” and I’m buff. Its easy working out is 20% of being buff and healthy. 80% is nutrition. First off if you play sports. Focus just on those and make a schedule like right now. Take a piece of paper out and write down a workout plan for Monday through Sunday. Everyday. If your busy weekends just do it after school. Eat more healthy. No more junk food! Even know how good it is you must give it up! You got to learn that u you must be willing to give up types of food. Just everyday only eat fruits,vegetables, wheats and just dairy stuff and healthy stuff. Goodluck
