how can a 12 year oold lose weight fast…really fast???

I am 5’5 and i weigh almost 170 pounds…I need to lose weight fast…can u help me??

    just cut out the crap(crisps. chocolate,cakes, biscuits,ect)
    and do LOTS of exercise AND MAKE SURE YOU SLEEP ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You DONT need to lose weight you need to make sure your eating healthy and getting regular exercise!
    If you really want to lose weight. go to the park or play in your garden get into a team or club tennis is really good and its fun! try skipping and dancing if your just having fun with friends you will be fine and burning calories without noticing!

    Without being obsessive, as you young people can be extreme… Just be sensible. Have three balanced meals a day watching the calorie intake. Cut out all fatty foods, fizzy drinks, sugary and salty stuff. Drink plenty of water, exercise like walking and swimming…. And get plenty of sleep. Thats the correct and healthy way of doing it…

    If you want to keep the weight off, then you need a healthily lifestyle. You can still eat what you want somewhat and be at a healthy weight. You just have to eat more balanced and smaller portions.

    FYI, based on the old and new food pyramids junk/fatty/Oily foods are to be eaten sparingly…. that pretty much boils down to one serving day. For example, a 20 oz. bottle of soda pop and lil bag of chips from a vending machine, which anyone can eat in real easily is around 5 servings of junk food in like 10 mins.

    You need to eat more fruits and veggies and such. Google the new food pyramid and discuss it with your parents or school nurse to see what is required for you.

    Out of the thousands years humans have been on this Earth, only less than 100 of those years have humans ever had this level of luxury we have today. Humans are built to be active to get moving.

    you are not fat the reason why you are gaining weight is because you are tall the best thing to do is stop eating sweets and eat 3 times a day{breakfast,lunch,and dinner if you also exercise you can lose weight really fast.

    there are 3 easy steps to follow…
    1.) Eat healthy. That dosn’t mean eat things that disgiust you,it means eat things you enjoy eating, that you know is good for you and beifits your body! such as watermelon,carrots,peaches,brocolli, and some veg. and fruits that you love! and you can maby aventually aplurge evry maby 1and a half to two wks by eating somthing like some chocolate but make sure you limit how much you eat! also make better choices at dinner by getting smaller portions and making better selections, get more veggies then meat, drink more water and juice then pop and carbonated drinks!!
    2.) Excercize. usually when poeple think of excercising they think of work, boring, and sore muscles, well excercizing can be fun! if you want to go free then let all of your energy out by dancing or playing outside. If you want a more of a dedicated result then you should do 20 crunches, and 20 squats a day, and to get the excercizing off your mind while you do those listen to music and take deep breaths when you get tired(it works trust me)!
    3.) Be happy!try not to be stressed there are thousands of ways you can get stress out of you while burning fat! you could punch a pillow! jump up and down till you get tired and scream and get it all out!lol! when you get stressed in strains your body which some people have an eating habbit and find a comfort in eating when stressed so get it all out before that begins or happens!!!
