hey guys i need help with losing weight?
there is no way that weight losing works.
i want something that really works and you drop weight fast.
i really need to know fast because i need to lose the weight.
hey guys..give more details like i eat rice and chicken for dinner i don’t really breakfast, and then at dinner i eat the same thing..i am gaining more them losing!!!

lose weight fast and it will just go back on. i took 10 months to lose 5 stone and that was 2 years ago and ive kept it off. i did this by changing to healthy food and doing more exercise. Fad diets do not work in the long term and can be detramental to your health

I have been slim all my life. I have always said the same thing as to why, and recently some research backed it up.
You won’t like this!
I have 3 sugars in my coffee and I drink between 5 and 10 cups a day. I have no rules about what I eat, chocolates, crisps, cream cakes anything I like.
But the only rules are I eat little bits throughout the day. I don’t have set times for dinner or breakfast. I just nibble to satisfy the moment.
Loads of energy in sugar means I don’t need too much food!

Hi, try not to decide to lose weight fast as this often does not work. instead try realistic goals.
Im afraid that there is a simple equation to losing weight or as id prefere to say losing fat which is energy consumed and the amount of exercise you do.
Just eat healthily, and do not miss out on meals as this will only make you unwell and unfit and unhappy.
Try to eat more protein from food such as fish like tuna and chicken and eat this with some good carbohydrates like pasta or rice or a baked potatoe. For beakfast have a bowl of cereal with out added sugar or a bowl of porridge. Remember if you keep your body supplied routinly everyday with GOOD food your body will start to burn off the fat. (Your body will burn off more fat this way also than just missing meals as your body will not need to hang on to its fat because it knows more energy will be comeing on its way soon)
A good diet and exercise is what you should be doing. and remember to have a junky day once a week at first so you dont just give in completely and start eating rubbish all the time. And enjoy it do not worry.

ok, cut out the carbs (rice, pasta, potato, bread etc) and the fat.
When you get up have a glass of cold water- cold water is better it burns more calories having to warm it up in the stomach
Take cold showers- if you can bare it. I usually have a warm one and flick it to cold for the last couple of minutes. Shivering burns calories too.
Eat sugar free chewing gum throughout the day and then have a light dinner. Don’t go over board- it’s really easy to when you are hungry.
Get into a regular exercise regime, i go on the dance mat often.
Walk places instead of taking the easier option.

Do Yoga in the morning from 6am to 8am daily for 2hrs. You will see the changes on 4th day onwards.

eating a little breakfast will actually help u to lose weight.. it kick starts your stomach so it doesnt have to contend with a bigger meal like lunch

The very root of your writing while appearing agreeable originally, did not settle properly with me personally after some time. Someplace within the paragraphs you were able to make me a believer unfortunately only for a short while.
