HELP, how do I fix the fat loss plateau?

I have been running just about everyday for the past four months, and I can now run 4.2 miles. But i’ve hit the fat loss plateau. Anyone know how to get out of it??

    You have to adjust your diet slightly as long as your didn’t go too low on calories. never go below 1,500 calories a day.

    try and minimize the carbs your consuming because the more glucose u have the more insulin ur body releases and insulin makes it harder to burn fat…. idk if thats ur problem but it might help
