Healthy diet for a 15 year old girl?

hello. i’m 14 years old girl but i’m turning 15 in two months time. (may)
i’m a little bigger than other girls and because of that i don’t feel comfortable in my own skin.
I really want to lose 10kg by the summer so that i’m not embarrassed to wear a bikini.
2 months ago i weight 69kg so i’m pretty sure i now weight from 69-71 kg.
my measurements are 36-33-40 (told you i’m a big girl :D)
so my question is
-can you make me a diet plan (with no sea food eg; fish)
-what exercises would be good to quickly loose weight from my tummy and thighs?something that i could do at home?

P.S. i don’t know if it’s true but i did a test on ” do i have an eating disorder” and i got 56+ which means that I DO have an eating disorder. So i guess that’s what keeps my weight yo-yo. Can you help me with it as well? How not to forget when to eat and how to stop eating when i don’t want to?

    You should just get rid of junk food and eat lots of your fruits and veggies and go for walks every day, and drink lots and lots of water 🙂

    count calories!
    only eat fruits, yogurt with probiotics, fish, meat, vegetables, nuts/seeds, greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard, etc..), healthy oils (olive oil, hemp oil, or flaxseed oil). but remember that nuts and oil are high in calories, so limit these (but you need a little of them, because they are also nutritious). and a multivitamin supplement.
    drink plenty of water (studies have shown that people often think they are hungry, when they are thirsty!) so, drink a glass of water before every time you want to eat and see if you’re still hungry. eat slowly and enjoy your food – that helps to feel fuller more quickly.
