Have you tried Fat Loss for Idiots?

I know it works, but for those who have tried it, how did you keep the weight off when you were done? Or did you?

The problem with most diet programs is when you finish the diet you usually gain the weight back that you lost and more. The only successful way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat healthy and exercise.

Eat plenty of colorful vegetables, fruits, whole grains and small servings of lean meat. Limit your carbs and sweets as they don’t have much nutritional value. Don’t eat fast foods, there are more calories and fats in one meal than you usually need in one day!

You know that is one of the few new(er) diets that I have seen long-term success with.

I’ll be upfront with you, I do diet reviews and have to research customer feedback and user reviews of diet related products and have to sift through tons of responses. This was one of the few that – first of all – had users responding after the first week of weight loss that almost every diet enjoys.

But beyond that there were quite a few respondents who were actually pleased with their results after the initial “body shock” weight loss that most everyone has.

Honestly, to me, the diet seems a bit of a pain to use personally. It requires shifting your menu every few days, so you have to keep up on your grocery shopping, however I cannot argue with results.

I will not promote the site I work for here because I don’t want to spam ( if you are interested you can check in the reference section of my post) but I do have to say I was a bit surprised that this diet came back with as many positive reviews as it did.

Hope that helps in your decision making.

    – Julia
