Have you ever lost weight fast with exercise?

what are your success stories?
I am going to start exercising al ot!!!!!!

Have you ever had a drastic weight loss in a pretty short amount of time just by doing exercise?
How much did you lose, what time frame, and what exercises did you do?

    Heres my workout: I do it six days a week, and take the free day whenever im at a friends house/drunk.

    I run 2-4 miles, do 100 situps, 100 flys with a 15 lb barbell, and 100 intense sit ups.
    I have been running for 5 months, and doing the other workouts for about a month.
    I went from 185 to 159 in about 5-6 months.
    I WATCHED what i ate to a point of obsession, and cut my caloric intake from 3000 to 1000 a day.

    I would recommend you more than just make a lot of exercise, to also go to the dietist, where you will achieve the goal to “loose weight” but to shape your body too, in a healthy way and a durable one too.
