I took it for a while but then decided that the side effects were too much to bear. I lost 2 stone by exercise. Just needed the inspiration

I tool xenical for a while a few years ago. I had success, lost about 2 stone.
Alot of people stop taking it due to the “side effects”, normally horrible poops. But, I must state that when taking xenical you are actually still meant to be dieting. Most people cheat, and overeat… eat bad foods hoping the xenical will take all the fat out of what they have eaten – it will do this, hence the nice liquidy/oily orange poo.
When you take xenical you are meant to eat healthily and diet, and then you wont have these horrid side effects.
So anyone who is experiencing bad stomach pains, orange poo, oily poo or rushing to the loo too much – you are doing it wrong and taking advantage of the medication.
There is no “pill” or “quick fix” when it comes to losing weight. No pain, no gain I say. You do actually have to get your butt in gear and get some exercise and sort your eating out.

ive been on xenical for nearlly 5 weeks and have lost 6kg, ive not once had oilly poops, but then again i havent pooped very much either! ive done what it says on the leaflet low calorie controlled diet with exercise ( only walking)

ive been taking xenical for 3 months now, and ive done what i was told, calorie controlled diet, exercising, but i dont seen to have lost any weight, im 151/2 stone. and ive tried other tablets to help me lose weight, but they didnt seem to work either, what am i doing wrong??

ive been taking xenical for 3 months had no probs with it and ive lost 51lb ive been on a low fat diet and im very happy with the results
