Expect nothing!! You may lose weight at first because of your enthusiasm, but it’s all about making money for the company and it seriously doesn’t help in the long run. Save your money and eat wise!!

Well I can say from experience No, But with anything u do for a positive outcome u must stick with it and i truly think the measuring, just became to much, for me that is.. but good luck in you venture.

No, because there are better options. Best thing to do before jumping on any product is to look up if anyone has use the product.
Suggestion: Go to google and enter the products name and log

Herbalife was the best thing happened to me. I lost 38 pounds and from size 16 to size 8. I lost more inches than weight. But , the program tought me how to eat right, to be more discipline about eathing habits which was very bad. I became very healthy, the blood test showed that, and I had strong immunity..
If I gained back some, ??Yes but that was because birth control pills. I am size 10 now (mother of 5), I’m OK. I don’t sale it, but I recommend it to anybody who want to lose weight in a safe way.
