Green tea diet & effective ways to lose weight?

Hi, i am very interested in the Green tea diet. Has anyone got any tips or advice or even an experience of being on the Green Tea Diet?

    I’m not an expert on any diets nor the Green Tea Diet, but most liquid diets works because liquid fills you up and most drinks have a low amount of calories. Sipping green tea all day long would make you crave less things. On the other hand, you’d probably be running to the bathroom all the time or might get so sick of it you just can’t take any more green tea πŸ˜› Goodluck, hope you get the results you want!

    Green tea or pepermint is a good way to start the day off, I also find while detoxing only eating one large meal with all the foods you need, ie veg, meat, bread etc etc early after noon time each day helps keep weight off as you have the rest of the day to burn calls πŸ˜€

    Plus if you MUST snack, have a glass of water and an apple
    a lot of thirst is mistaken for hunger

    Try the cabbage soup diet (look it up on google) its realy effective but i got light headed when i done it. you should only ever do it for a week at a time.

    My advice is to stop with the fad diets, and get out and do some excercise, and stop eating crap. Theres no quick or easy way to lose weight, and the sooner you realise that the better. I started excercising and eating sensibly since 4th Jan tyhis year, and have lost 9lbs so far. I go to the gym 4 times a week, eat sensibly, around 6 small meals a day (this helps raise your metabolism, which will burn fat quicker), and i’ve cut out alcohol completely. Not only have i lost weight, i’ve saved money as well by not drinking, and made loads of new friends down the gym.
    Good luck with the weight loss, but do it sensibly and realistically,

    Never really heard of it, and don’t think it’ll work. Green tea raises your metabolism, but that’s about all it does weight-loss wise. I drink it four times a day(the recommended intake), and it hasn’t done anything.
    It is extremely healthy though, and has numerous benefits, so you should drink it, dieting or not.

    Actually, you don’t have to diet per se in order to lose weight, the sole diet that clearly delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it was featured in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off 25 pounds, it clearly does produce results!
