good workout to put on more muscle and lose a bit more fat?
i’m 15, male. I just have a bit of belly fat and my love handles look pretty bad, but thats all the fat i got. I want to put on more muscle fast, and lose my fat as fast as i can. I play hockey, so i’d like a workout at the gym that makes me gain more muscle, lose my fat, and help my hockey performance quite a bit. thanks

Cardio (running) to help burn the fat, and some low impact weight lifting to tone up. (Low weight, high reps)
