gaining weight?

it seems i gained alot of weght this summer it doesnt look like it but the sceen eatin ales i tryed say i did how is this possible i actually less and exercising

anybody no any good exercise plans to loose weight quickly

    for an easy one, dieting (limiting to 1500 calories a day) and do a lot of walking or running. i lost 15lbs in approx 2 months like that.

    First, you need to set realistic goals. Personally, I work out around 2 to 4 times a day 6 days a week and I hardly lose 1 pound in one week. REALISTIC GOALS
    Now, let’s discuss your eating habits. Do you eat breakfast? If you don’t, you should. Breakfast is the one thing that starts your metabolism. Metabolism is how you burn calories. If you don’t eat breakfast, you can’t burn calories and you can’t lose weight. So, make sure you eat three meals a day, and possibly a snack of 150 calories or less in the afternoon, and if you’re hungry, in the morning too.
    Do you eat healthy? I’m probably not the best person to talk about this. But it’s really easy to go research on how to eat healthy…No junk food, no soda. Don’t drink caffeine.     Now, EXERCISE. That I can tell you a lot about. For safety reasons, make sure you warm-up and stretch as well as cool down after. Don’t abruptly stop after the workout, otherwise you might get sick. You probably know not to exercise right after you eat. I usually wait 30 minutes for digestion…
    Drink a lot of water. Divide your body weight by two, and that’s how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day.
    When you’re exercising, everytime you get better and better, and everytime you should push a little harder. However, do not overwork yourself. Know your physical limits.

    Here is a list of TYPES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY you should be doing:
    1. Moderate-intensity Physical Activities (like walking, climbing stairs, gardening, walking a dog, cleaning) – half an hour a day.
    2. Aerobic Activities (like cycling, brisk walking, running, dancing, sports) – 3 to 5 days a week
    3. Anaerobic Activities (like biceps curl, push-ups, abdominal curl, bench press, calf raise, shoulder press) – 2 to 3 days a week
    4. Flexibility Activities (like side lunge, step stretch, hurdler stretch, calf stretch, yoga) – 2 or more days a week

    Now, to lose weight, if I were you, I would probably focus on the Aerobic Activities (number 2). They help you lose weight more. However, everything in that list is not only for you but for everyone. Those are the recommended physical activities to stay fit and healthy.
