    Anyway, to answer your question, yes, it is possible to lose 2 pounds in a week. Just eat less calories. One pound of fat equals 3500 calories, so if you eat 1000 calories less than what your body burns (which depends on your level of activity, your current weight, your metabolism, and probably a million other factors) every day for a week, you’ll lose 2 pounds. But you probably don’t want to go under 1200 calories. Eating too little is bad for you.

    Eating vegetables is good, because they are low in calories, and high in nutrients that your body needs. If you eat vegetables, you can feel full with a lot less calories than if you were eating something fatty or high in carbs. But you do need fat and carbs, so don’t cut them out of your diet completely. Just try to eat more vegetables and less of other things.

    I just lost 40 pounds, and for the first 25 I didn’t work out that often. Diet and nutrition. No refined sugar and flour. Lean meats for protien. Eat a good breakfast, it keeps your metabolism up for the rest of the day. Eat 6 small meals, every 2 hours. Moderation is everything.
