fat loss: exercise throught day or in one session?

is it better to exercise in one session (say 45mins on tredmil at the gym) or better to spread it throughout the day (say 15min dance session and then later on do a 30min jog) for fat loss. This is minus resistance or weight training.. im just generally asking about exercising in one session, or spread throughout the day for fat loss

    Morning exercise is verygood.It helps to burn more in whole day.Eitherway you can do depends of your food.Both are effective.
