fastest way to loose weight, i dont care if its healthy or not.?

ok here’s the deal, i want to loose alot of weight (well as much as i can) in as little time as i can. i dont care if its unhealthy so dont go writing that its unhealthy to loose weight quickly.
ill try anything no matter how weird or out of the ordinary it is.
im sick of my size and the comment’s i get. all my friends are small & recieve compliments.

please help.

    Eat a small breakfast with protein every morning. After work every other day do wind sprints for an hour, running until you are out of breath and then walking until you catch your breath, repeat. On the non running days do pushups, sit ups, upper body workouts for at least twenty minutes. Eat good protein immediately after your daily exercise, eggs have the best quality protein. Get at least eight hours of sleep at night, and drink plenty of water. Take a daily multivitamin.

    Sound serious. There is an obvious answer on how to loose weight and I doubt you really need to ask us here to get that answer.. But I think you might need some help understanding that your friends are not getting compliments because they are small it’s because they like who they are what they are all about.

    By you sending this message here it shows us that you don’t like yourself or feel they look better than you. You may never be able to have a small frame or body type like them.
    Lose the weight if you need to in the right way but gain more time into yourself and get comfortable like who you are. I would be you would get compliments just like those friends of yours. Don’t try and be like others we have enough people trying to be like the others. Develop you and know that your attention might not be in the now but it will surely come in the later!!

    Well it isn’t rocket science or brain surgery. ~Don’t eat anything other than very low calorie food; raw carrots, celery, lettuce, raw mushrooms, cucumber, raw onion, etc etc. Don’t drink anything other than sugar free drinks, water or black tea / coffee. Exercise as much as possible. Keep moving. When you feel hungry drink a lot of calorie fluid, and distract yourself, chew sugar free gum. Tell yourself that you are a fat arsed useless person, so you become hell bent on weight loss.

    There you go; but oh, by the way; you are likely to end up with an eating disorder, obsess about food, calories and eating. You will think about nothing else. You will probably dream about food as well. You will probably end up binging, and then resort to desperate measures like vomiting, diuretics, laxatives, and excessive exercising to burn burn up calories.

    Losing weight is easy. Eat only fruit and veg and drink only water. (take vitamins). Exercise for 20 minutes every 3 hours. The first month is the toughest as your body will try and hang on to the weight but you will beat it if you stick to it. Losing weight quickly isn’t unhealthy, not getting the required vitamins and minerals or being very under-weight can be. Not just vaguely but can lead to heart attacks. So use your Dr if you can no-one looks good in Intensive Care.
