does the p90x routine help people bulk up or is it just for toning muscle and losing weight?
i am 10 stone and want to bulk up and want to know if p90x will do this for me. from what i have seen people look like they lose weight and get the cut look but they do not bulk up??anyone with bulking experience on p90x????

Primarily the people you see using the program are toning. I know I am using it to tone. I am 203 lbs, sorry I am not sure how many stone that would be 🙂
In the program Tony talks about doing low or high reps. If you went very heavy and only did 8 reps you would build strenth and size over tone. You would also want to make sure that you are eating enough calories. At my weight I would probably want to go over 3,000 or close to to bulk. Also taking supplements and making sure you get plenty of protein.

Yes, you can bulk up but you’ll have to increase the calories that you’re taking in on a daily basis. You’ll also need to increase the weight/lower the reps for each exercise.
