Does how fast you lose weight depend on your body type?
A few years ago, I was skinny (naturally) and it took me a while to gain some weight. But slowly I grew fatter and now I want to grow just a little bit skinnier (my thighs are unproportional compared to the rest of my body!). So I was wondering, if it took me some time to GAIN weight, will it be the same to LOSE weight? I’ve taken up skipping three times a week, by the way.
