Does drinking coffee speed up fat loss?

I have heard that a cup of coffee a day speeds up the rate at which you burn fat. I am not an avid coffee drinker, but should I add a cup of black coffee to my diet to help me burn fat faster? What time should I drink it?

    If you’re sensitive to caffeine, coffee may help you because it makes you get up and move. Coffee/caffeine in itself will not burn fat. Only the effects of caffeine IF it makes you move around more.
    Some people drink caffeine before a workout to get that hyperactive boost… I would definitely not recommend doing so. Caffeine can give you a rush but also may make you crash.

    Drinking coffee loses fat but you have to drink strong black cup of coffee before you go gym or running it help you to burn your fat. And best thing is that start running and control on your food diet stop eating fast food and oil food.
