Does anyone know any good ways of losing weight?

I really want to lose some weight before summer. If possible a stone would be good, maybe more if i could. I really don’t wanna feel overly self conscious in a bikini and all my summer clothes.

I was wandering if anyone knew any good diets/excercises/regimes/methods of losing weight quite quickly.
I don’t have much money so don’t want to spend a bomb on buying strange ingredients or a personal trainer or whatever.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks 🙂

    I personally have started drinking water, semi-skimmed milk and fruit juice instead of drinking fizzy drinks. Not only will it cut down yor sugar intake which will help weight loss but it will also increase your energy levels, improve your skin and on the whole make you much happier than before. it has certainly given me more energy to go out and even a 30 minute walk can burn calories and burn fat.

    You definitely should not starve yourself while on a diet because you will only be slowing down your metabolism. You need to eat at least 1200 calories per day.I’ve been on this diet now and I have lost 17 pounds in less than a month. Basically I have been following The Biggest Loser Diet and it has been amazing. I have realized that now I can eat more [quantity wise] of healthy foods than I could of processed, junkie foods. Now I am almost never as hungry as I once was. First, I started cutting out all sodas, sugary soft drinks, and juices and instead I started drinking anywhere between 64-80 ounces of water each and every day. Drinking your water ice cold helps you to not give in to your cravings. Instead of snacking on junk foods try snacking on fruits and vegetables. Fruits can take the place of sweets that you would have been craving before. You should also make sure to watch your portion size because you could be eating the right foods but just too much of it. A great weigh to burn calories quick and get in shape is to do some sort of cardio activity for at least 30 minutes everyday. Personally I would recommend 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio per day. Another great way to lose weight that will also help you tone up is to start a strength training program. Essentially you should be following through with your strength training program 3-4 days per week.
    Here’s an example of what I eat every day;
    Breakfast: 1 cup of cream of wheat [you can spice it up with bananas, fruits, spices, etc.]
    Snack: 1 cup of grapes
    Lunch: Half of a ham/turkey [protein] sandwich on whole-wheat bread
    Carrots with a tiny bit of ranch dressing to dip it in.
    1 cup Cantaloupe
    Snack: ½ cup cottage cheese with mandarin oranges
    Dinner: Chicken fajitas on Whole-Wheat tortillas
    Dessert: Low-calorie ice-cream bars such as the “Skinny Cow” brand ice cream bars.

    ok don’t listen to that imarty dude thats disgusting and gross. First eat as healty as possible, drink plenty of water to flush out your sistem. Try to be active but not over active. Do little work out exercises such as push ups and crunches. Jog on the sport for ten minutes that sort of stuff. GOOD LUCK ;P

    eat at least 8oz of meat…
    take vitamins…

    check out a diet called carb cycling. I’m a guy and I use it to slim up for summer seasons, it helps to keep muscle but burn fat by tricking your body into burning just your fat.

    plus if you research it closer, you’ll see that its a diet plan that allows you to live a normal life (i.e. go out drinking, dinner with friends, etc. to a limited number of times of course)

    cheeks, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there… 99% of them don’t work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs! YEAH ME.. 28lbs to go, but anyways I got them for free from this website, they may still be doing it.. not sure but check it out.
