does any one know fast ways to loose weight?

i want to loose weight and i want to know now some good works outs and stuff that i could do to loose weight fast.

    There are healthy ways to lose weight and there are fast ways. Generally those two don’t overlap. What I would suggest is doing at least 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise 4-5 times a week and cutting down on saturated fats, “white” carbs like white rice and white bread (replace them with whole wheat options), and also make sure your portion sizes aren’t too big. You might not lose weight fast, but you’ll be healthier and feel better.
