dont use pills. keep up what your doing. The best (and safest) way to lose weight is to do is naturally. Please dont use pills, try a different diet, and lots of cardio, and in time, ull be looking great

There is no such thing as a good dieting pill!
Keep on tring what you are doing and as long as you are eating heathily and not hoovering up the kids leftovers(boy they add up!) you will lose weight!

I agree, don’t seek pills, try eating according to the ‘Food combining’ system, it’s better than a diet as such and you can do it forever without any hardship. You won’t just lose excess weight, you’ll feel better in every way.

If your eating well, and exercising regularly, then there isn’t any need to worry. Dieting pills don’t really make you lose weight… They simply speed up your metabolism and make your body burn calories faster. However with these pills, you become hungrier quickier and lack energy, which makes you tired and makes you want to eat more. Lead a healthy lifestyle, eating the right foods and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day to achieve weight loss.

Like everyone on this page I ditto…do not take pills. A good diet if you follow it properly, and stick to it. A lot of these pills are rubbish anyway and some charge the earth for them.. do not. go down that road !!

You don’t say how tall you are, so it’s hard to know what you “should” weigh. In any case, there are lots of factors why you might weigh more than you “should.” You may not actually have much excess fat – it could be muscle weight if you do a lot of strength training. Assuming that that’s not the case (or even if it were), diet pills are not the way to go.

Your present diet and exercise regimen may not be as good as you think it is. You may not realize that you are eating more calories than your body needs. Are you accounting for any bites/tastes of food during cooking, serving, clearing away meals, etc.? Is your eating balanced, or does it have more of one type of food (e.g.: starches or carbohydrates) than other types? Are you exercising enough – or too often? Are you doing aerobic and strength training, or ignoring one type over the other? There are lots of things to consider. You may need to speak to a professional to evaluate what you are or aren’t doing right.

But, like I mentioned above, diet pills are not the way to go. Using them can have negative consequences. You may jeopardize your health and your life by using them. At the very least, you may just waste your money. Lose weight safely and you protect your health and have a better chance of keeping it off in the long run. Good luck!
