Do you NEED a diet to lose weight, or is exercise alone enough?

I am working on losing about 2 punds a week. However I exercise about an hour daily. Would this alone be enough to lose weight? Or would a diet be absolutely nessasary?

    Hi,

    As I’ve said before to others and will say again:

    Eat healthfully and sensibly, work out daily: cardio and strength training.

    And absolutely no eating whatsoever 3 hours before you go to bed.

    Has always worked for me!

    an hour a day for 2 pounds a week is definitely enough as long as your not eating over 2000 calories a day you will be fine.

    although, its gonna be really hard to keep that up unless you’re REALLY motivated. it might be easier to cut down on the unhealthy stuff and exercise maybe 3 or 4 times a week.

    I have tried every diet known to mankind but nothing worked as good as chito gold, lost 20 pounds in less than 4 weeks with no diet or excercise cause of crazy schedule but with a good diet pill you get 4-5 times more weight loss than just diet and excercise alone. i hope this help
